Together with BASSLINER we organized direct bus-connections from Berlin and Hamburg.

From Berlin buses will start on Friday, 9th at 12.00 and at 18.00 and back to Berlin as well as Sunday 21.00 as Monday at 12.00.
The ticket's costs are between €10,- (Earlybird) und €15,- (Lastminute).

From Hamburg there'll be a journey on Friday at 16.00 and a journey back on Sunday at 21.30.
You can get the tickets for €18,- per drive or in a package for €29,-

BY TRAIN from BERLIN

From Berlin, Rostock and Leipzig the Interconnex (www.interconnex.com) train operator takes you to Neustrelitz. For passengers without German Railcard (BahnCard), this is a cheap solution.

But even BETTER: For groups traveling from Berlin or from within the state of Brandenburg, the Berlin-Brandenburg-Ticket is the right choice. It allows travel for up to 5 people from 9.00 o'clock in the morning, using all RE, RB and IR (not IC!) trains (all train operators: DB, Interconnex, etc.) as well as the Berlin Subway (BVG, VBB) for just EUR 27 (5.40 EUR per person!) from the vending machines in every major station (+2 EUR if you buy it from the staffed counter) – all together! On weekends it is valid before 9.00am, too.

Hint: If you are on your own, just find another 4 people/strangers to join you on the ticket!

Note: The Berlin-Brandenburg-Ticket is valid all the way to Neustrelitz, although that’s already in the state of Mecklenburg.

Note 2: You will be required to sign the ticket once purchased. That's to make sure you can't re-sell it after use...

BY TRAIN from HAMBURG

Just like the above mentioned and explained Berlin-Brandenburg-Ticket, similar tickets are available if you plan to arrive by train from Hamburg.

For groups traveling from Hamburg the Schleswig-Holstein-Ticket or the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern-Ticket are the right choice. Again up to 5 people from 9.00 in the morning, using all RE, RB and IR (not IC!) trains as well as the Hamburg Subway system (HVV) for just 29 EUR (Schleswig-Holstein-Ticket) or respectively 25 EUR (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern-Ticket) from the vending machines in every major station (+2 EUR if you buy it from the staffed counter) – all together! 
On weekends it is valid before 9.00am, too. The ticket is valid all the way to Neustrelitz.

Coming down the A24 motorway/highway from either Hamburg or Berlin, take junction 21 to change to the A19, direction Rostock. Exit at the second junction (18,'Röbel'), turn RIGHT taking the B198, direction Neustrelitz. After Viperow follow the signs to the Airfield Lärz.

ATTENTION: Two Police traffic monitor cameras (flashboxes) are on the way, stay within the speed limit.
